Right now, we are particularly looking for:
Chefs: great cooks with some experience in a busy kitchen. Not necessarily a trained chef, but more importantly: someone who really likes our style of cooking: home made food, simple but full of flavour, inspired by the modern British cuisine, the seasons and our cottage garden.
Someone who likes busy breakfast, lunch ánd dinner shifts, serving Cottage classics - like our pies and full breakfasts - as wel as daily specials, baking scones and cakes, making jams and chutneys, and - of course - a roast dinner on Sundays.
Ideally, you would work 4 shifts (of 8 to 10 hours) a week. Both day and evening shifts, also in the weekend but not all weekend days.
